At Offgrid Energy Labs, that question led us from the labs of IIT Kanpur to rethinking how the world stores energy. We created ZincGel® — a safer, cleaner, and more affordable alternative to current batteries, built not just for grids and cities, but for off grid requirements of villages and communities too. What began as a deep-science experiment is now a growing movement, backed by 50+ IP assets and partnerships with industry leaders across energy, chemicals, and manufacturing. Our journey is about turning complex chemistry into simple, life-changing solutions — proving that India can build technology the world needs, and that the future of clean energy can be safer, smarter, and for everyone.

With an MBBS and Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur, he merges medicine, biology, and materials science to lead R&D, patents, and pilots - ensuring Offgrid’s breakthroughs move from concept to real-world solutions powering a safer, sustainable, and inclusive energy future.
